       Occupational Therapist

Phoebe is a warm and dedicated paediatric Occupational Therapist. She graduated her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Queensland in 2017. Before joining the Skills to Grow team, Phoebe has spent her career working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and children within south-east and rural Queensland settings. She finds great joy working collaboratively with families towards the goals that are important to them. She is passionate that all children are capable of success, and that they should be active participants in their therapy journey. Phoebe is dedicated to always seeking new and exciting ways to support our little friends. She completed “Learn to Play” training as part of her annual professional development. Play is such an important occupation for children, and pretend play has been shown to support many areas of development – such as language, learning, emotional regulation, and social skills.
